We have created a special Legacy Wall for our Creekside families and business partners that will leave a lasting visual legacy at our new school, while also supporting the ongoing needs of Creekside Elementary School through the PTA.

Your child, family, or business can be represented on a 3.75” three-dimensional tile in one of four donation tiers:

• Tier 1 – $5,000 – (White, 1” thick) – Logo of your choosing (provide in vector format), max logo area 3” circle
• Tier 2 – $1,000 – (Yellow, ¾” thick) – Business or family names on a tile just for you (3 lines, 10-12 characters each)
• Tier 3 – $350 – (Gray, ½” thick) – Child or family names on a tile just for you (up to 3 lines, 10-12 characters each)
• Tier 4 – $150 – (Navy, ¼” thick) – 1 single line, listed on a tile with 4 other family or student names (15-19 characters max)

To pay by check, coordinate with Ryan (email addresses below) for ordering instructions, write the check to "Creekside PTA", and send to the Creekside Elementary office (list "Legacy Wall" in the memo line).
